SHIPPING:
Erwin Gift Shop offers free delivery within the Hospital campus during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm. All orders placed by 3:00 pm CST will be delivered by end of business day through interoffice mail or hand delivery. We are unable to ship merchandise to outside locations at this time. In store pickup may be arranged by calling 479-725-6952. Orders will be held for 7 business day. After 7 business days, orders will be cancelled and a full return will be processed back to the original form of payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to Covid 19, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a question about your merchandise or it is damaged, you can email ACNWgiftshop@archildrens.org and a team member will reply within 3 business days.
An order may be cancelled if it has not been picked up. Please email ACNWgiftshop@archildrens.org with order number and full name to start the cancellation process. An email will be sent within 7 business days to confirm the cancelation. If an email is not received, check your junk/spam folder or contact ACNWgiftshop@archildrens.org.
